We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains your rights to cancel and return products and how to get a refund, in line with UK consumer law (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and Consumer Rights Act 2015).
2. Your right to cancel (distance and off-premises contracts)
If you are a consumer (i.e. you are buying for purposes outside your trade, business or profession), you have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of the day you receive the goods, without giving a reason. This is often called the “cooling-off” period.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us clearly (e.g. by email or post) before the 14-day period has expired. You can use the contact details in section 1 or any cancellation form we provide. If you cancel, you must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days after you told us you wish to cancel. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless we have agreed otherwise or the goods were faulty or not as described.
3. Refunds
If you cancel within the 14-day period and return the goods as required:
- We will refund you the price you paid for the products and the standard delivery cost (if any) you paid for the initial delivery. We may deduct from the refund the direct cost of delivery if you chose a premium delivery method (e.g. express) that we would not have used as standard.
- We will make the refund using the same means of payment you used, unless you agree otherwise. We will process the refund without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of the day we receive the goods back or (if earlier) the day you supply evidence that you have sent them back.
- We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or evidence of return.
If the goods are damaged or used beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning (e.g. opening sealed packaging when not needed to inspect), we may deduct an amount from the refund to reflect the loss in value, or we may require you to return the goods in resaleable condition where the law allows.
4. Faulty or misdescribed goods
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If the products are faulty, not as described, or do not match the contract, you have the right to:
- Reject the goods and get a full refund (within 30 days of ownership in most cases), or
- Request a repair or replacement.
If a repair or replacement is not possible or is not carried out within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience, you can request a price reduction or a refund. We will not charge you for return postage for faulty or misdescribed goods; please contact us first so we can arrange the return.
5. How to return goods
To return goods (whether under the 14-day right to cancel or because they are faulty):
- Contact us by email or phone (see section 1) and tell us you wish to return the goods and the reason (e.g. change of mind, faulty). We may give you a returns reference or instructions.
- Pack the products securely. For hygiene and safety reasons, we may not accept returns of opened food supplement products unless they are faulty or not as described. For unopened products, please return them in their original packaging where possible.
- Send the package to: Thiphroxslyxao, 9-11 Broadway, London SW1H 0AZ, United Kingdom. We recommend using a tracked service and keeping proof of postage. We are not responsible for goods lost in transit unless we have agreed to arrange collection.
- Once we receive and inspect the goods, we will process your refund or replacement as appropriate and notify you.
6. Exceptions
Your right to cancel and return does not apply to:
- Goods that are sealed for health or hygiene reasons and have been unsealed after delivery (unless they are faulty).
- Goods that are personalised or made to your specifications.
- Perishable goods.
Your statutory rights in respect of faulty or misdescribed goods are not affected.
7. Time limits
You must notify us of your wish to cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods. You must then return the goods within 14 days of that notification. Refunds will be made within 14 days of us receiving the goods (or evidence of return) as set out in section 3. For faulty goods, you should notify us as soon as you discover the fault; your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 have specific time limits that we will respect.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Return Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will be revised. Changes do not affect your legal rights. For orders already placed, the policy in force at the time of the order applies unless a change is required by law.
